ONE launches new Asia-Med service

Ocean Network Express (ONE) has announced an addition to its Asia-Mediterranean network with the introduction of a new service.

The Singapore-based ocean carrier will launch the Mediterranean 5 (MD5) service to enhance its direct coverage from the Mediterranean to Asia.

The port rotation of the new service will be Barcelona (Spain) – (Suez/Cape of Good Hope) – Singapore – Shanghai (China).

According to the service details, starting from Spain’s Barcelona port, ONE container vessels will need 21 days to reach the port of Singapore and 29 days to arrive at China’s Shanghai port.
