NORDEN has appointed Anne Sofie Staunsbæk Veyhe as its new Chief Financial Officer. She will take up the role on 26 October 2026.

She succeeds Martin Badsted, who has served as CFO for the past 10 years. Badsted will become Chief Strategy Officer, taking responsibility for strategy, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management.

NORDEN CEO Jan Rindbo said Veyhe brings extensive financial expertise, strategic experience and a strong commercial mindset.

He added that the appointment strengthens the company’s leadership team and supports the execution of its long-term strategy.

Veyhe joins NORDEN from GN Hearing, where she currently serves as Business Finance Officer. She has more than 15 years of experience in finance, investment banking and private equity.

Her previous roles include positions at GN Group, J.P. Morgan, Horizon Capital and Advent International.

“I look forward to joining NORDEN and working closely with teams across the organisation,” Veyhe said.

She said her priorities will include maintaining strong financial discipline, supporting commercial decision-making and using digital tools and artificial intelligence to strengthen the company’s competitive position.

Badsted said his new position reflects the increasing focus he has already placed on strategy, capital allocation and risk management in recent years.
