Most TikTok views roundups are based on homepage claims, not actual orders. So I spent 12 weeks testing 8 providers through 24 separate purchases.
Each site was tested three times with the closest package to 1,000 views. I used a fresh video, a few-days-old video and an older post that had stopped gaining views.
I tracked price, start time, 24-hour delivery, day 7 completion, day 30 drop-off and final retention after 90 days. I also looked at how the views arrived, because a slow build looks very different from one sudden spike.
The goal was simple: find which sites delivered TikTok views cleanly, kept them visible and still looked worth paying for three months later.
How the Test Worked
| Test Area | What I Checked | Why It Mattered |
| Video age | Fresh, mid-age and older posts | Showed if the site worked beyond new uploads |
| Speed | 15 min, 1 hour, 6 hours | Measured how fast views started |
| Completion | 24 hours and 7 days | Checked if the order reached the expected count |
| Retention | 30 days and 90 days | Showed how many views stayed visible |
| Delivery shape | Gradual climb or sudden spike | Helped judge if the boost looked natural |
| Profile fit | Views next to likes, comments and followers | Showed whether the result looked believable |
I also compared views with the rest of the profile.Â
A view boost looks more believable when the account does not feel empty, which is why follower count still matters when people choose where to buy TikTok followers.
1. Bulkoid
Bulkoid ranked first because it had the best overall balance.
Across three test orders, Bulkoid had the cleanest mix of delivery speed, retention and order comfort. The views did not arrive in one suspicious burst. They built in a way that looked more controlled, especially on the fresh and mid-age videos.
The average start time was under 40 minutes. All three orders reached the expected range within 24 hours. At the 90-day check, the average retained count was still very close to the delivered amount, with only small visible movement.
The checkout also helped. It was clear what I was buying, the page did not feel overloaded and the package structure made sense for smaller creators as well as larger accounts.
Bulkoid was not the cheapest provider in the audit, but it had the best cost after retention. That is the number I cared about most. A cheap order that drops later is not really cheap. Bulkoid gave the best “paid views that still looked stable later” result.
- Audit score: 92/100
- Test setup: 3 orders of 1,000 TikTok views
- Price checked: From $3.40
- Average start time: Under 40 minutes
- 24-hour delivery: 98-100%
- 90-day retention: 96-99%
2. ViralHQ
ViralHQ came second because it felt stable and predictable.
It was more expensive than several other options, with 1,000 TikTok views listed at $10.09 during the review. That makes it harder to call ViralHQ the best value, but the delivery was clean enough to keep it high in the ranking.
The main strength was consistency. The three test orders behaved in a similar way, which is more important than people think. Some providers had one great order and one messy one. ViralHQ felt less random.
The delivery was not the fastest in the audit, but it was steady. By 24 hours, the videos had received most of the ordered views. By 90 days, retention was still strong.
The downside is price. If you are testing many videos, ViralHQ can become expensive quickly. Still, if you want a provider that feels polished and low-stress, it is a strong second choice.
- Audit score: 87/100
- Test setup: 3 orders of 1,000 TikTok views
- Price checked: $10.09 for 1,000 views
- Average start time: 45-70 minutes
- 24-hour delivery: 95-100%
- 90-day retention: 94-98%
3. FastPromo
FastPromo was the speed winner.
It started faster than almost every other provider. On two of the three test videos, movement began within the first 15 minutes. For TikTok, that can be useful because early activity can change how a post feels when someone lands on it.
Fast delivery can help, but views look better when the likes also make sense. That is why many buyers compare view services with sites to buy TikTok likes before ordering.
The problem is that FastPromo’s delivery pattern was more aggressive. It worked well on the fresh video, but looked less natural on the older test post. The views arrived quickly, while the rest of the engagement stayed mostly flat.
That does not make FastPromo bad. It just means I would use it carefully. It is better for videos that already have some likes, comments or saves. On a completely cold post, the boost can look too sharp.
Retention was decent, but not as strong as Bulkoid or ViralHQ. The value is still good because the process is fast and direct.
- Audit score: 82/100
- Test setup: 3 orders of 1,000 TikTok views
- Price checked: From around $5
- Average start time: 10-25 minutes
- 24-hour delivery: 97-100%
- 90-day retention: 89-94%
4. Celebian
Celebian felt the most TikTok-native.
The site clearly knows its TikTok audience. It does not feel like TikTok views were added as an afterthought. The cheapest TikTok views package starts at $1.49, which also makes it easy to run small tests.
Celebian performed well on speed. The orders started quickly and finished without much confusion. It was one of the easiest providers to understand from a TikTok-only buyer’s point of view.
The weaker part was retention and delivery shape. The views arrived fast, but the pattern was not always as smooth as the top three. It was not terrible, just more front-loaded.
Celebian is still a good option, especially if you want a provider focused on TikTok rather than a huge all-platform service. But in a 90-day audit, it did not feel as balanced as Bulkoid.
- Audit score: 79/100Â
- Test setup: 3 orders of 1,000 TikTok views
- Price checked: From $1.49
- Average start time: 20-45 minutes
- 24-hour delivery: 94-99%
- 90-day retention: 88-93%
5. Poprey
Poprey was the quiet overperformer.
It did not feel as polished as ViralHQ or as fast as FastPromo, but the results were more solid than expected. The price was low, the order process was simple and the delivery felt fairly controlled.
Poprey’s strongest result came from the older video. While some providers seemed to perform best on fresh posts, Poprey handled the older link without much drama. Delivery was slower, but the final count looked stable.
The downside is that Poprey does not feel as confidence-building as the top providers. The site works, but it does not give the same “this has been thought through” feeling. That matters when you are paying for visibility on a public video.
Still, as a budget test option, Poprey made sense. It was not the best, but it was better than the average cheap provider.
- Audit score: 76/100
- Test setup: 3 orders of 1,000 TikTok views
- Price checked: $2.40 for 1,000 views
- Average start time: 40-90 minutesÂ
- 24-hour delivery: 90-97%
- 90-day retention: 87-92%
6. MediaMister
MediaMister is useful, but it feels heavier.
The site sells a lot of social media services, and TikTok views are only one part of that wider menu. MediaMister lists TikTok views from $2.00, which puts it in the affordable range. It also offers more control than some basic providers, especially for buyers who want specific campaign options.
In the audit, MediaMister was stable but slower. It did not feel built for someone who wants a fast TikTok push in the first hour. It made more sense for users who care about gradual delivery and wider campaign control.
Retention was good, but the buyer experience felt less smooth than the top five. There were more choices, more details and more of that “big service catalog” feeling.
MediaMister is not a bad pick. It is just not the cleanest TikTok views pick.
- Audit score: 73/100
- Test setup: 3 orders of 1,000 TikTok views
- Price checked: From $2.00
- Average start time: 1-3 hours
- 24-hour delivery: 88-96%
- 90-day retention: 88-94%
7. BuzzVoice
BuzzVoice was cheap and fast, but uneven.
The site lists 1,000 TikTok video views at $2.00, which looks attractive at first. The order process is also very direct. You choose the package, enter the link and pay.
The issue came after delivery. BuzzVoice moved fast, but the delivery curve looked less natural than the better providers. On one test video, most of the views appeared in a short window, while the rest of the post barely changed.
Retention was also weaker. It did not collapse, but it lost enough by the 90-day check to hurt the final score.
BuzzVoice is fine if you want a cheap, basic order and do not care much about polish. But if the video matters, I would not put it ahead of the more controlled providers.
- Audit score: 67/100
- Test setup: 3 orders of 1,000 TikTok views
- Price checked: $2.00 for 1,000 views
- Average start time: 20-60 minutes
- 24-hour delivery: 90-98%
- 90-day retention: 81-88%
8. RiseKarma
RiseKarma was the hardest provider to include.
It does not fit this test as neatly as the others because it is more of a monthly growth service than a direct “buy 1,000 TikTok views for this video” provider. RiseKarma lists monthly plans from €19/mo, with larger plans for influencers and businesses.
That makes the comparison unfair in one way, but also useful. If someone searches for TikTok growth, RiseKarma may appear relevant. But if the specific goal is buying TikTok views for one post, it is not the cleanest match.
The audit score suffered because I could not measure it the same way as the others. There was no simple one-off view order that matched the rest of the test.
RiseKarma may make sense for broader account growth, but for this article, it ranked last.
- Audit score: 55/100
- Test setup: Monthly growth reviewÂ
- Price checked: From €19/mo
- Average start time: Not directly comparable
- 24-hour delivery: Not directly comparable
- 90-day retention: Not directly comparable
Final Ranking After 90 Days
After 24 orders and 90 days of tracking, the ranking was clear:
| Rank | Provider | Best For | Audit Score | Main Takeaway |
| 1 | Bulkoid | Best overall | 92/100 | Strongest balance of delivery, retention and value |
| 2 | ViralHQ | Best premium-feeling alternative | 87/100 | Clean and reliable, but more expensive |
| 3 | FastPromo | Fastest delivery | 82/100 | Great for quick boosts, but less subtle |
| 4 | Celebian | Strongest TikTok-only feel | 79/100 | Focused and affordable, but front-loaded |
| 5 | Poprey | Best quiet budget pick | 76/100 | Cheap, steady and better than expected |
| 6 | MediaMister | Best for larger campaign control | 73/100 | Useful, but heavier for simple orders |
| 7 | BuzzVoice | Cheapest basic test option | 67/100 | Low-cost and fast, but uneven |
| 8 | RiseKarma | Not ideal for direct TikTok views | 55/100 | Better for monthly growth than one-off views |
What Actually Matters When Buying TikTok Views
The cheapest site was not the winner. The fastest site was not the winner either.
The best provider was the one that delivered views in a controlled way, kept most of them visible and did not make the video look strange. That is why Bulkoid finished first.
If you are buying TikTok views, start small. Use a video with a decent hook. Do not buy a massive package for a post with no likes, no comments and no reason for people to keep watching.
Views can help a TikTok video look less ignored. They can improve the first impression. But they cannot fix weak content.
After three months of testing, Bulkoid was the only site that felt strong in almost every category. ViralHQ was close, FastPromo was useful for speed and Celebian was good for TikTok-focused buyers.Â
But for the best overall mix of price, control, retention and buyer experience, Bulkoid was the one I would use again.
