Hapag-Lloyd will introduce a General Rate Increase on standard container shipments from the East Coast of South America to several destinations across the Americas.
The GRI will take effect on 15 November 2026 and will remain valid until further notice.
The following increase will apply:

The increase applies to cargo transported in standard containers.
Bunker, security, terminal handling and peak season surcharges may apply in addition, along with relevant local and contingency charges.
