Hapag-Lloyd has announced that the Odysseus, operating voyage 642S on the Mediterranean–South America West Coast (MSW) service, will omit its scheduled calls at Genoa and Livorno.

The vessel was scheduled to call at Genoa on 23 October 2026 and Livorno on 24 October. Hapag-Lloyd attributed the omissions to a schedule recovery measure.

Alternative arrangements for affected cargo

Import cargo destined for the two Italian ports will be discharged in Valencia and connected with the next MSW vessel, Cape Spencer voyage 643S, scheduled to call on 23 October.

Affected export cargo will be transferred to the first available vessels. Hapag-Lloyd will issue revised booking confirmations containing the updated vessel and routing details.

Customers should adjust their shipping documentation accordingly.
