Samudera has introduced the CIX 8 service to its network, providing connections between India, Sri Lanka and China.
The service links Nhava Sheva and Mundra in India with Qingdao in China. It also connects Qingdao with the Indian Subcontinent through Colombo, Sri Lanka.
CIX 8 will operate with weekly sailings and offer an approximate transit time of 23 days from Nhava Sheva to Qingdao.
According to Samudera, the service is intended to support cargo flows between key regional ports across India, China and Sri Lanka.
