CEVA Logistics unifies European last-mile operations under PAACK brand

CEVA Logistics has announced the integration of Colis Privé and PAACK under a single brand, strengthening its last-mile delivery services across Europe.

The combined business will operate under the PAACK name and serve five countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal.

Together, the two networks handle approximately 150 million parcels each year and operate more than 17,000 out-of-home delivery points.

The move aims to simplify cross-border deliveries for e-commerce retailers and improve coordination between the two networks.

Expanding European delivery services

The integration brings together Colis Privé’s established delivery network and PAACK’s technology capabilities.

The combined network includes around 8,000 delivery points in France, 1,500 in Belgium and 8,000 in Spain.

CEVA Logistics expects the unified operation to help retailers manage deliveries across several European markets through a single network.

The companies have already introduced their first joint delivery solution for a major international retailer. According to CEVA, this service combines the capabilities of both businesses to support deliveries across multiple countries.

The PAACK brand will be introduced gradually to customers and partners from January 2027.

Supporting CMA CGM’s logistics strategy

The integration also supports the wider logistics strategy of CEVA Logistics and its parent company, CMA CGM Group.

By combining the two delivery networks, CEVA aims to strengthen its services across the supply chain, from international freight transport and warehousing to final delivery.

The move will also allow the company to offer e-commerce customers a broader range of delivery options across Europe.

CEVA said the unified business will focus on reliable delivery services, technology and closer coordination between its European operations.
