Capital Maritime Finance Corp. has set the final offer price for its Greek public offering at €7.50 per share after investor demand exceeded €1 billion.

The public offering closed on 15 October 2026 and covered 40 million new common registered voting shares. The final price applies equally to qualified investors, cornerstone investors and retail investors.

Valid demand reached approximately 144.7 million shares, equivalent to €1.086 billion at the final offer price. According to the official announcement, the offering was oversubscribed by more than 4.34 times against the company’s initial fundraising target of approximately €250 million.

Following the strong demand, Capital Maritime Finance exercised an option approved by its Board of Directors to increase the total amount raised to €300 million.

The company is seeking admission of all its shares to the Main Market of Euronext Athens. Details concerning the allocation of the new shares among investor categories are scheduled to be announced on 19 October 2026.

The proceeds will support Capital Maritime Finance’s containership expansion programme. The company currently owns 13 vessels with an aggregate capacity of 27,891 TEUs and plans to add 23 containerships through 2028, bringing its intended fleet to 36 vessels.
