AD Ports Group has signed a strategic collaboration agreement with Krivia Holdings Limited and IRH Global Trading Ltd to strengthen cross-border electronics trade through Abu Dhabi.
The partnership combines logistics infrastructure, digital trading capabilities and trade finance solutions to support the movement of smartphones and electronics across global markets.
The initiative will support import, export, warehousing, financing and distribution activities while helping position Abu Dhabi as a regional electronics trading hub.
A key part of the project is MobyIX, a digital B2B platform focused on international smartphone and electronics trading.
The partners will also explore the use of AI and machine learning within AD Ports Group’s logistics and digital trade infrastructure.
Mohamed Juma Al Shamisi said the agreement supports smarter and more connected trade while strengthening Abu Dhabi’s role as a global trade and investment hub.
Rishabh Jain said the collaboration aims to create a scalable and technology-driven trading ecosystem with stronger transparency and access to working capital.
Ali Rashed Alrashdi said the partnership will help address supplier financing challenges and improve trade efficiency for electronics traders.
According to the companies, the global mobile and electronics trading market generates more than USD 36 billion annually.
Over the next three years, the initiative could facilitate more than USD 12 billion in trade, support imports of around 64 million electronic devices into Abu Dhabi and help establish approximately 650 new companies within KEZAD Group.
