
American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) has appointed Ronald J. Rábago as Senior Vice President of Government Services, reinforcing its leadership in supporting government maritime programs globally.

Rábago brings more than 30 years of service in the U.S. Coast Guard, where he served as:
- Assistant Commandant for Engineering and Logistics
- Chief Engineer

- Fleet operations and lifecycle management
- Marine safety, security, and environmental protection.
