Nord Gas Solutions has officially launched as the new name of the former Wärtsilä Gas Solutions business following its acquisition by Mutares SE & Co. KGaA.
The company will continue to provide gas solutions for the marine, biogas and energy sectors while strengthening its global market presence under new ownership.
According to the company, the rebranding marks the beginning of a new chapter focused on growth, innovation and digitalisation, while maintaining its existing expertise and customer support capabilities.
“With this new identity, we are building on a strong foundation while positioning ourselves for future growth,” said Kjell Ove Ulstein, Chief Commercial Officer of Nord Gas Solutions.
“Our focus remains unchanged: delivering high-quality systems and lifecycle solutions that support our customers in navigating the energy transition.”
The company said customers and partners can expect the same technologies, services and industry expertise that have supported safer, cleaner and more efficient operations across the gas value chain.
