Regional Container Lines (RCL) will introduce a new inbound container processing fee for import shipments to Mexico.

The RCL Mexico import processing fee will take effect on 10 October 2026, based on the vessel’s estimated departure date from the port of loading.

The fee will apply to shipments with a port of loading ETD on or after the effective date. It will be collected locally from the consignee at the destination.
