
Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) will launch its new Transpacific Latin Atlantic Service 3 (TLA3) in mid-December 2026.
The weekly service will connect major Chinese export gateways with Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina.
The TLA3 rotation will be:
Ningbo – Shanghai – Shekou – Singapore – Santos – Navegantes – Montevideo – Buenos Aires – Navegantes – Santos – Coega – Singapore – Hong Kong – Ningbo.
Calls at Coega in South Africa and Hong Kong remain subject to confirmation.
The service will provide direct connections from Ningbo, Shanghai and Shekou to Santos and Navegantes in Brazil, Montevideo in Uruguay and Buenos Aires in Argentina.
The announced rotation matches COSCO Shipping’s new ESA3 service, which is also scheduled to begin operations in December 2026.
