MSC updates its intra-Asia network

The Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) has announced it is revamping its intra-Asia network with updates to four existing services, starting from end of April.

The Swiss-based carrier said that the changes will be made to the coverage for Seagull, Orchid, Seahorse and New Origami services.

[s2If is_user_logged_in()]These enhancements will offer competitive transit times between China and Southeast Asia, particularly from China to Vietnam and Thailand and new direct connections between China and Malaysia, according to MSC’s announcement.

The Geneva-headquartered container line believes that the newly updated services will further strengthen its position in the growing intra-Asia market.
