Monacum Partners GmbH has signed an agreement to acquire the DWE reactor and apparatus manufacturing business in Deggendorf from Everllence SE.
The transaction follows an investor process launched by Everllence in September 2025 to secure the long-term development of the Deggendorf facility.
Under the new ownership structure, DWE aims to strengthen its technological expertise in reactor and apparatus engineering while expanding future growth opportunities.
Based in Deggendorf, Germany, DWE specialises in the production of large-scale reactors, industrial apparatus and highly specialised components. The company serves the chemical, petrochemical and refinery sectors, while also supplying equipment for scientific and industrial projects across Europe.
The Deggendorf site employs around 400 people.
The companies confirmed that all regulatory approvals have been received and the transaction has now been completed. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
