Magaya Corporation announces Omniboom takeover

Magaya Corporation has announced the acquisition of Omniboom, a top Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) provider.

This acquisition aims to enhance the capabilities of businesses to thrive in the global e-commerce landscape by streamlining the integration of various applications and systems, thus improving data flow and operational efficiency.

Omniboom will join Magaya in their mission to enhance supply chain connectivity. This merger promises to provide connected supply chains as a service, improving visibility, collaboration, and efficiency in logistics operations.

It also aims to reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction through integrated technology across multiple platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Gary Nemmers, CEO of Magaya, emphasized that incorporating Omniboom is a strategic move towards bolstering future growth and operational agility.

The collaboration is set to drive innovations and provide value to an expanded customer base, offering a comprehensive solution suite that stands out in the market.
