KS AUTOTRADING has officially launched operations in Libya after opening a new branch in the Misurata Free Zone (MFZ).
MFZ marked the launch with the signing of an investment agreement during a ceremony at the Seaside Convention Center.
The event was attended by Eng. Muhsin M. Sigutri, Chairman of the MFZ Management Committee, and Jang Jihak, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Libya.
The investment reflects growing international interest in the Misurata Free Zone and increasing confidence in Libya’s business environment.
KS AUTOTRADING specializes in vehicle trading and customization. The company supplies ambulances, passenger transport vehicles and other specialized transport solutions.
The company said it aims to serve both the Libyan and wider African markets with high-specification products and integrated transport solutions.
The new branch marks KS AUTOTRADING’s official entry into Libya and expands the availability of specialized transport services in the country.
MFZ said the investment will diversify economic activity within the free zone and strengthen economic ties between Libya and South Korea.
The project also reinforces the role of Misurata Free Zone as a gateway for foreign investment and a logistics hub for trade and re-export activities across Africa.
