
Hanseatic Global Terminals (HGT) Latin America has appointed Paulo Ruy Tung Pedroso as Senior Vice President Commercial, effective June 1, 2026.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from INSPER in São Paulo. He brings extensive experience in the maritime, port and logistics sectors.
Before joining HGT, he served as Head of Terminal and Port Procurement for Latin America at Maersk. In that role, he led regional procurement strategies and negotiations.
At HGT, he will lead commercial development across Latin America. He will focus on expanding the company’s presence and strengthening its market position.
“Paulo’s appointment strengthens our team,” said Rodrigo Galleguillos, CEO of HGT Latin America. “His experience and strategic approach will support our continued growth in the region.”
Hanseatic Global Terminals is a global port operator headquartered in Rotterdam and owned by Hapag-Lloyd. The company operates 21 terminals and provides logistics services across 12 countries.
