Danaos Corporation has declared a combined cash distribution of US$6 per common share, comprising its regular quarterly dividend and an extraordinary special dividend.
The containership owner declared a quarterly cash dividend of US$1 per share for the three months ended 30 September 2026.
Danaos also announced an extraordinary special dividend of US$5 per share.
