CMA CGM upgrades rail service in Germany

CMA CGM has announced the expansion of its rail service in Germany to serve the Ruhr area, particularly Duisburg and its surroundings.

The updated Rail Shuttle will follow the following route: Rotterdam (Netherlands) – Duisburg D3T (Germany) – Rotterdam.

The French transportation company said the upgraded service is effective from July and offers a rail shuttle with three weekly departures from/ to RWG, ECT Delta / HPH 2 with transit time within one day.

CMA CGM noted that the rail service will connect with 16 line services covering the core regions Asia, Europe, ISC MEG and Americas.
