Akkon Lines has added Iskenderun to the rotation of its Jeddah Express Service (JXS), expanding its coverage between Türkiye and Saudi Arabia, according to DynaLiners.
The service now connects five Turkish ports with Jeddah on the Red Sea.
Akkon Lines deploys two container ships with an average capacity of approximately 1,100 TEUs on the JXS service. Sailings are offered at 10-day intervals.
Revised JXS rotation
The updated port sequence is:
Izmit – Gemlik – Istanbul (Ambarli) – Aliaga – Iskenderun – Jeddah – Izmit.
The addition provides Iskenderun with a direct connection to Jeddah through Akkon Lines’ regional network.
