PSA BDP and ALISAN logistics expand presence in Türkiye

PSA BDP and ALISAN Logistics, a logistics provider in Türkiye and member of the PSA Group, celebrated with a formal event the finalisation of the acquisition of ALISAN by PSA International (PSA).

Earlier, PSA announced an agreement to acquire 75% of the shares of ALISAN, with the company grouped under PSA BDP, PSA’s cargo solutions arm.

During the evening, leaders unveiled a new ALISAN logo to highlight the integration of ALISAN as a member of the PSA Group. ALISAN is well-recognised within the Turkish logistics market, according to PSA BDP.

“Türkiye’s importance as a key player in the global logistics market cannot be overstated,” commented Wan Chee Foong, PSA’s regional CEO Middle East South Asia and head of Group Business Development, and CEO designate for PSA BDP.

PSA’s acquisition of ALISAN was formally approved by all governing bodies and agencies on 3 July 2023.
