Ningbo Ocean has announced the cancellation of its China–Korea–Japan (CKS) service as part of a broader restructuring of its regional network.
The discontinued CKS loop previously connected Ningbo, Shanghai and Busan with the Japanese ports of Hakata and Moji. Under the new setup, these two ports will now be served through the revised CJKS1 service, replacing Nagoya in the rotation.
As a result of the changes, Nagoya will be reassigned to the CJKT1 service, which has also been updated to accommodate the shift.
The revised CJKS1 rotation will cover Zhapu, Ningbo, Hakata, Moji, Osaka, Kobe and return to Zhapu.
Meanwhile, the updated CJKT1 service will call at Zhapu, Ningbo, Nagoya, Shimizu, Tokyo, Yokohama and return to Zhapu.
The adjustments are aimed at optimizing port coverage and improving operational efficiency across Ningbo Ocean’s intra-Asia network.
