
MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company will add Napier, New Zealand, to its Eagle service connecting the US East Coast with Australia and New Zealand starting in June, accoridng to DynaLiners.
The expanded service rotation will connect Philadelphia, Savannah, Freeport, Balboa, Papeete, Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Wellington, Napier, Tauranga, Balboa and Cristobal before returning to Philadelphia.
The addition of Napier expands MSC’s port coverage in New Zealand and further strengthens connectivity between Oceania and the US East Coast market.
The Eagle service remains one of MSC’s more extensive long-haul loops linking North America, Oceania and transpacific trade corridors.
