METRANS Group acquires 100% stake in Adria Rail

METRANS has acquired a 100% stake in Adria Rail, less than a year after it took over 51% of the company.

With a fleet of METRANS wagons, soon also the METRANS locomotives and more than 40 trucks in Serbia, Adria Rail has the same modus operandi as the other METRANS operations.
