Maersk will revise its SLC Aegean Sea service by replacing Hamburg with Wilhelmshaven as part of efforts to improve schedule reliability and strengthen connectivity to the German market.
Under the revised rotation, the service will operate as follows:
Felixstowe – Wilhelmshaven – Bremerhaven – Antwerp – Piraeus – Izmit Körfezi – Ambarli (Istanbul) – Gemlik – Izmir – Felixstowe.
According to Maersk, the network adjustment is intended to provide customers with a more stable and reliable service while supporting better supply chain planning.
The first vessel scheduled to call at Wilhelmshaven under the revised rotation will be Columbine Maersk on voyage 636S, with an ETD of 6 September 2026.
