How I Passed Avaya 71800X Exam

In this writing, I would share my experience regarding the Avaya Certified Support Specialist certification in context with the 71800X – Avaya IX™ Messaging Implementation and Maintenance exam. Last week I passed the 71800X – Avaya IX™ Messaging Implementation and Maintenance exam which is a requirement for the Avaya Certified Support Specialist – Avaya IX Messaging.

Let’s begin with my introduction. I am an IT administrator in an international brokerage company’s regional headquarter. We have 5 regional headquarters around the globe. We are heavily dependent on IT infrastructure for our business operations. We are using top of the line hardware and software platforms. We have wholly migrated to the cloud computing model almost a year ago. Earlier we were mostly using Cisco equipment for VoIP and other communication. After the implementation of cloud computing, our working model changed a lot. We needed a unified communication solution. After thorough research, our head office finalized with Avaya to provide us the communication solution. It took us almost a year to complete the transition in all of our offices worldwide. The Head Office conducted long training sessions for the IT departments in all the regional offices to enable them to work with the new platform. This training equipped us with the platform knowledge required for smoother daily operations. They also suggested the key IT staff at regional offices to get certified accordingly for an advanced level of skill development.  Being a regional IT Administrator I was also selected for this career development. We were provided with online instructor-led training access for the courses.

I already possess CompTIA, Cisco, and Microsoft certifications in my portfolio. That is why I was familiar with the certification exams. I was assigned with the task to get Avaya Certified Support Specialist – Avaya IX Messaging credentials.

I am required to complete the following tasks to earn this Certification;

  • 60940T – Avaya IX™ Messaging Administration Test R10
  • 71800X – Avaya IX™ Messaging Implementation and Maintenance Exam

For the 71800X Exam Avaya IX™ Messaging Implementation and Maintenance Exam I choose Crack4sure for the training resources. I have had a very good experience with Crack4sure during my previous certification exams. Crack4sure provides authentic training material in accordance with the guidelines provided by the exam vendors. Crack4sure offers a comprehensive package that includes PDF and a Testing Engine. All of the training material you get from Crack4sure is backed by the money-back guarantee which reflects their confidence in the quality of the training material. I like Crack4sure exam dumps as they are very carefully compiled by the experts of the industry. With all the training material and practice tests, I was able to get fully prepared for the exam in 7 weeks. I then booked the exam after a further consolidated revision for a week. I was able to appear in the exam in less than two months. I took the exam and passed it on the first attempt while securing an 88% score.

I believe that with a focused training approach you can pass any certification exam smoothly.

Following is a brief introduction of the certification and the exam.
