Greta Shipping and Hapag-Lloyd have resumed cooperation on their India–Middle East service network, according to Alphaliner.

The carriers’ previous JIX1/IG1 service, which connected several destinations in the Middle East Gulf, had been suspended following regional hostilities.

The companies have now introduced a revised and shorter IG1 service, with Greta Shipping’s service name still pending confirmation. The updated route turns at Khor Fakkan in the Arabian Sea.

The new two-vessel service, operated with ships of approximately 2,600 TEU capacity, will follow the rotation: Kandla, Nhava Sheva, Khor Fakkan and back to Kandla.
