CMA CGM is preparing several changes to its intra-European network, including taking full control of the PGE service.
The French carrier will also revise several services across Northwest Europe, with ports shifting between five different loops.
The changes are expected to take effect from October.
CMA CGM takes full control of PGE
The joint PGE/iNEX service operated by CMA CGM and Ellerman City Liners will become a standalone CMA CGM operation.
CMA CGM will deploy two 1,400 TEU vessels on the service.
It is not yet known whether Ellerman will remain involved as a slot charterer.
The PGE rotation will be:
London (Tilbury) – Rotterdam – Leixoes – Setubal – London
