cargo-partner expands its presence in Spain

About a year after the launch of an office in Barcelona, Austria-based logistics provider cargo-partner has now opened a second office in Spain near Madrid Barajas Airport.

Oriol Asturgo, managing director of cargo-partner in Spain, commented, “As the capital city of Spain and a major economic center in Europe, Madrid attracts a diverse range of industries and multinational corporations. Its well-developed infrastructure and excellent connectivity made it an ideal choice for our ongoing expansion in Western Europe.”

He added, “The new office provides a modern environment for our employees, a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, and the perfect location for us to continue to deliver personalised solutions to our clients and partners.”

It is important to note that as of June 2023, cargo-partner’s subsidy in Spain has obtained International Air Transport Association (IATA) membership. Currently, the team consists of 23 employees, and cargo-partner plans to grow both in Madrid and Barcelona.

The company said the local branch has special expertise in pharmaceutical products, fashion and retail as well as automotive.
