
Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling Company (ACCH) has issued a series of tenders for new cargo handling equipment aimed at strengthening operations at its container terminals in Egypt.
Among the announced tenders is a request for a ship-to-shore crane with a lifting capacity of up to 75 tonnes for the Alexandria Container Terminal.
The company has also launched a tender for seven yard cranes with capacities of up to 40 tonnes. The equipment will be distributed between the Alexandria Container Terminal and the El Dekheila Container Terminal.
The move forms part of ongoing efforts to enhance terminal handling capabilities and operational efficiency at the company’s port facilities.
