Zephyr Lumos resumes sailing towards Piraeus

The 15,000TEU vessel, Zephyr Lumos, operated by the Singaporean container carrier Ocean Network Express (ONE), resumed its sailing today (19 July), after completion of necessary inspections and clearance.

The United Kingdom-flagged container ship was involved in a collision with a bulk carrier in the Straits of Malacca on 11 July.

The estimated arrival of Zephyr Lemus at its next destination, which is the Port of Piraeus in Greece, is on 5 August, according to a statement. However ONE noted that the estimated time of arrival is still subject to change.
