YILPORT Holding has upgraded its port equipment fleet with 19 new lift trucks from Konecranes across terminals in Ghana, El Salvador, and Portugal.

The delivery includes five reach stackers, five empty container handlers, and nine forklifts. The equipment was ordered throughout 2025 and is now fully operational.

Supporting Terminal Efficiency

YILPORT operates 22 marine terminals and five inland terminals in 12 countries. The new equipment replaces older units at four terminals to improve container handling efficiency, operational safety, and uptime.

According to Erhan Çiloğlu, Deputy CEO and CMO of YILPORT, the investment strengthens the company’s equipment fleet and supports higher productivity and reliable port services as the terminal network expands.

Digital Monitoring for Fleet Performance

The lift trucks are equipped with TRUCONNECT remote monitoring, which sends operational data to the Konecranes customer portal. This allows YILPORT to track individual machines or its entire global fleet, helping optimize performance and maintenance.

John Elisson, Regional Director MEA for Lift Trucks at Konecranes, said the delivery reflects YILPORT’s confidence in the company’s equipment and global support network.
