Moreover, considering the current high demand for reefer equipment to Asia, CMA CGM has decided to implement an empty equipment imbalance surcharge applicable as follows:

  • Origin: Le Havre & Montoir, France
  • Destination: North East Asia, South East Asia, China and Hong Kong & Macau SAR
  • Cargo: Reefer
  • Amount: US$1,000 per reefer unit
  • Date of application: 1 May 2020 (loading date)
