The Ocean Alliance will restore direct coverage of the US Pacific Northwest by adding Tacoma to the Evergreen-operated HTW service.
According to DynaLiners, Tacoma was removed from the service at the beginning of 2026. Since then, its US port coverage has been limited to Los Angeles and Oakland.
The revised HTW rotation will be:
Laem Chabang – Cai Mep – Taipei – Kaohsiung – Yantian – Los Angeles – Oakland – Tacoma – Kaohsiung – Laem Chabang
The addition will provide a direct connection between key Asian ports and Tacoma while retaining the service’s existing calls in Southern California and Northern California.
