Following the International Maritime Organization’s evacuation plan for ships stranded in the Strait of Hormuz, the number of container ships that remain stuck in the Persian Gulf have gone down to 80 vessels of 170,000 TEU, from a peak of 138 during the US-Israel-Iran conflict.
