Kale Logistics Solutions appoints new global Chief HR Officer

Kale Logistics Solutions, a global vertical Software as a service (SaaS) company, has selected Zulekha as its new global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), tasked with cultivating and empowering the expanding team across ten countries.

With a career spanning over 17 years in HR, Zulekha boasts a diverse background across various industries such as logistics and education technology, manufacturing, media, and IT.

Her expertise lies in leveraging digital HR solutions, ranging from streamlining processes through automation to harnessing data for driving process innovation.

In addition, to expanding its footprint in the maritime sector, Kale, which operates over 100 air cargo stations worldwide, is spearheading the development of next-generation port community systems aimed at advancing digitalization and sustainability within the industry.

“Kale is an agile tech organisation, and digitisation is in our DNA, so it is natural for HR to embrace digital tools. Our workforce includes the new generation that requires a different level of engagement, and digitalisation will empower us to design and implement processes that will be easy and convenient to use to serve employees across diversified demographics,” stated Zulekha.
