Hapag-Lloyd, Peak Season Surcharge

Hapag-Lloyd will apply a Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) for all container types, on the trade from North Europe to South America West Coast. Effective for sailings as of July 15, 2018 and valid until further notice the PSS for North European origins to South America West Coast ports will be as follows:

  • EUR 200 per 20‘ Container
  • EUR 200 per 40‘ Container

The Ocean Tariff rates as well as Bunker-related surcharges, Security-related surcharges, Terminal Handling Charges (THCs) remain unchanged respectively as announced and can be found here.
