1. For cargoes destined to & via west coast; to Canada
Per 20’ SD Container = USD71
Per 40’ SD Container = USD79
Per 40’HQ Container = USD89
Per 40’ Reefer Container = USD89
Per 45’HQ Container = USD100

2. For cargoes destined to & via east coast; to Puerto Rico
Per 20’ SD Container = USD91
Per 40’ SD Container = USD101                                                                                                                                                      Per 40’HQ Container = USD113
Per 40’ Reefer Container = USD113
Per 45’HQ Container = USD128
