EUROGATE Tanger box terminal selects CyberLogitec’s TOS

The Information Technologies (IT) provider, CyberLogitec will implement its terminal operating system (TOS) OPUS terminal into EUROGATE Tanger S.A. container terminal in Morocco.

CMA CGM, which partially invests in the Tanger terminal, has decided to replace the old TOS and move to CyberLogitec’s OPUS Terminal in order to handle the fast-growing container throughput in the Tanger terminal to maximise terminal productivity with a low-cost/high-efficiency operation.

For efficient terminal operations, end-to-end service which is covered thoroughly in terminal operations in planning, operation, monitoring, and dashboards are offered by CyberLogitec’s OPUS Terminal, according to a statement.

CyberLogitec said that through the implementation of a Centralized IoT platform, the massive amount of data, including real-time data from equipment, can be collected, processed, and provided with Digital Twin.

Further Smart Terminal development including an Operations Forecasting system, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Decision making by Machine Learning is planned with the application of Digital Twin.

“This agreement with Tanger is the evidence that the working area of CyberLogitec has been expanded to worldwide,” said Young Kyu Song, CEO of CyberLogitec, who went on to add, “CyberLogitec plans to implement a successful terminal operating system for Tanger, and with CyberLogitec the constant business cooperation with CMA CGM will be continued.”
