CMA CGM to reshuffle Asia-Mozambique network

CMA CGM has announced that will update its Mozambique offer from Asia to ensure a timely product to all Mozambique ports, as a response to the local port congestion.

The French company explained that Beira and Maputo will continue to be offered weekly on its direct Mozex service, which rotation will be as follows:

Singapore – Tanjung Pelepas – Pointe des Galets – Maputo – Beira – Port Louis – Singapore

In the meantime, the Port of Nacala in Mozambique will be offered in transhipment via Colombo on CMA CGM’s Asia – East Africa (ASEA) 1 and Noura services.

Glacier Bay will be the first sailing from Colombo to Nacala, with an estimated time of arrival on 3 February 2022.
