CMA CGM suspends Venezuelan port calls from Veneziola Shuttle service

French container carrier CMA CGM has announced some changes in the Veneziola Shuttle service port rotation.

In particular, the Marseille-based shipping line will suspend, with immediate effect, the calls to the Venezuelan ports of Guanta and El Guamache from the service rotation.

With fortnightly departures, Veneziola Shuttle’s new rotation is as follows:

Kingston (Jamaica) – Barcadera (Aruba) – Willemstad (Curaçao) – La Guaira (Venezuela) – Puerto Cabello (Venezuela) – Cartagena (Colombia)

For cargo already in transit to Guanta and El Guamache, CMA CGM said it will take the “necessary measures to connect it as timely as possible”.
