CMA CGM strengthens its West Med – West Africa network

CMA CGM aims to enhance its network from West Mediterranean to West Africa reshuffling its MEDWAX service and introducing new West Med-West Africa solutions.

The revised MEDWAX service port rotation will now include Tanger Med (Morocco) – Algeciras (Spain) – Dakar (Senegal) – Conakry (Guinea) – Monrovia (Liberia) – San Pedro (Ivory Coast) – Abidjan (Ivory Coast) – Freetown (Sierra Leone) – Tanger Med (Morocco).

The vessel CMA CGM Ambarli will make the final MEDWAX departures from Marseille (ETA 20/2), Barcelona (ETA 21/02), and Valencia (ETA 22/02).

Commencing with the vessel CMA CGM Excellence (ETA Marseille 29/02, ETA Barcelona 01/03), Marseille, Barcelona, and Valencia will be served through CMA CGM’s Tanger Med/Algeciras hubs, facilitating seamless connections with EURAF loops.

EURAF 4 will maintain direct connections from Valencia to Lomé (Togo) – Cotonou (Benin) – Bata (Equatorial Guinea) – Malabo (Equatorial Guinea) – Kribi (Cameroon).
