CMA CGM applies emergency surcharge in March

CMA CGM and Hapag-Lloyd have announced new rates from June and July out Asia to the Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Europe.

CMA CGM has announced the following emergency space surcharge (ESS), effective from 1 March 2020 (date of loading) until further notice:

  • Origin : North Europe, Scandinavia, UK & Poland
  • Destination: West Med, East Med, Adriatic & North Africa (Morocco excluded)
  • Cargo: Dry
  • Amount: US$54 (€50) per 20′ | US$108 (€100) per 40′
