China already locked in trade war of attrition

Chinese shipping companies are bracing for significant financial setbacks, as the new wave of tariffs introduced by U.S. President Donald Trump threatens to disrupt international trade on a wide scale.

Container shipping lines heavily reliant on Chinese exports are expected to be among the hardest hit, according to Bloomberg Intelligence analyst Kenneth Loh.
