Bureau Veritas (BV) has appointed Dr. Jeffrey Guo as Senior Vice President for Asia Pacific and Maciej Lepicki as Vice President for Greater China.
Both appointments took effect on 1 June 2026.
Jeffrey Guo succeeds Alex Gregg-Smith, who became President of BV Marine & Offshore in January 2026.
He will lead BV’s Marine & Offshore business across Asia Pacific, overseeing market growth, customer engagement, innovation and regional operations.
Guo brings more than 20 years of experience in the shipping and energy sectors. He has held leadership roles at ABS, SeaRiver Maritime, ExxonMobil and QatarEnergy LNG.
Reporting to Guo, Maciej Lepicki will lead BV’s Marine & Offshore business in Greater China.
He will focus on customer relationships, regional operations, digital transformation and business development.
Lepicki has more than 20 years of experience in the maritime and offshore industries. He has held senior positions at Chipolbrok, BBG Shipmanagement and Bourbon Offshore.
BV said the appointments strengthen its regional leadership as Asia Pacific and Greater China continue to play a key role in global shipping, LNG transportation, offshore energy and future fuels.
