ZIM -in cooperation with Maersk- upgrades its ASE service

Starting mid December 2018, ZIM’s premium service Asia-South America East Coast Service (ASE) will operate under a new agreement, in cooperation with Maersk Line.

The service’s upgraded rotation, adjusted to meet market requirements, improve transit time and to ensure reliable and stable schedule, is as follows:

Pusan – Shanghai – Ningbo – Hong Kong -Shekou – Singapore – Itaguai Sepetiba – Santos- Itapoa – Itajai –Buenos Aires – Montevideo – Itajai –Paranagua – Santos – Singapore – Hong Kong – Pusan

In order to ensure a smooth transition and no interruption to its weekly service for its customers, the new arrangement will take effect in direct continuation to ZIM present ASE service, as detailed below:

The last vessel under the current rotation M/V San Francisca Voy. 3 will start its voyage in Pusan on December 7th, arriving first port in South America East Coast on January 12th, 2019.

The first vessel M/V San Fernando Voy. 10 under the new structure will start its voyage in Pusan on December 13th, arriving first port in South America East Coast on January 19th, 2019.
