
Yusen Logistics (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. has broken ground on a new, eco-friendly logistics center in Northern Vietnam. The ceremony took place on 22 September 2025 and marks the company’s seventh logistics center in Vietnam since 2008.
The new Yusen Hung Yen Logistics Center sits on a 40,000 sqm plot in Yen My Industrial Park, Hung Yen Province. It will feature an 18,634 sqm warehouse built to LEED standards, using energy-efficient materials and equipment. The site will also include office space, vehicle parking, and solar panels with EV charging stations.
When complete, the facility will serve as Yusen’s main hub for Northern Vietnam. Key features will include:

The center offers excellent access to nearby industrial zones like Thang Long IP2, VSIP Bac Ninh, and Dong Van IZ, as well as the upcoming Gia Binh International Airport.

Construction will finish in June 2026, with operations starting in July 2026. Once operational, the new facility will boost Yusen Logistics’ regional capabilities, providing faster, more sustainable, and more reliable supply chain solutions.
Yusen Logistics has operated in Vietnam since 2006 and currently manages over 165,000 sqm of warehouse space across Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Hai Phong, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City, employing more than 1,400 staff nationwide.
