Yang Ming receives Quest Quality Award

On October 2nd, 2018, the 35th annual Logistics Management Quest for Quality Gala event was held at Gaylord Opryland Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Yang Ming was recognized with a Quest for Quality award in a list of 12 ocean carriers.

The event selected the industry’s best companies based on the reviews of Logistics Management readers that utilized the logistics and supply chain companies. The 5 key criteria used to evaluate performance included On-Time Performance, Value, Information Technology, Customer Service, and Equipment & Operations. Yang Ming gained above-average rating in every criterion and was awarded the 2nd best ocean carrier and voted top in the Customer Service attribute.

Yang Ming is grateful for the recognition by customers. In addition to strategy optimization, the company always puts customers first and pursues service excellence.
