WR Logistics has named Zhanna Mukhanova as its new Global HR Director, strengthening the company’s commitment to a people-focused culture and sustainable international growth.
Mukhanova brings more than 15 years of global HR and organizational development experience across the logistics, technology, and consulting sectors. She previously held senior roles at Azurite Logistics, EY, and ASTEL JSC, where she led initiatives to build high-performing teams and align talent strategy with business goals.
She holds an Executive MBA from KIMEP University and professional certifications from CIPD and Erickson Coaching International. Mukhanova has also lectured in Human Capital Management at KIMEP University, contributing to talent development in the HR field.
In her new role, Mukhanova will oversee the company’s human resources strategy across all regions.
“My goal is to strengthen the human foundation that supports growth, building a culture where people feel empowered, trusted, and connected globally,” she said.
